Sonoma
and the late Sierra were turned over to the Department
of Fish & Game after their mother was killed by
hunters. When they arrived at Shambala they were placed
in an enclosure with the late Humboldt as they were
all the same age. Their relationship was unique as they
are all males and they continued to live together into
adulthood. As Sonoma has lost his companions he now
lives alone.
